Responsibilities
Build and execute a go-to-market strategy to develop a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects
Engage CIOs, CTOs, and senior IT and business stakeholders to position AspenView as a trusted nearshore technology partner
Serve as a strategic sales advisor to clients, identifying business needs and aligning AspenView’s solutions accordingly
Drive client acquisition through AspenView’s structured 7-stage sales methodology
Collaborate with AspenView’s executive and delivery leadership to close deals and ensure exceptional client onboarding and results
Represent AspenView at industry events, networking groups, and strategic client meetings
Qualification
Required
Proven success selling IT services, digital transformation, or custom software solutions
A hunter's mindset with a track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing complex enterprise deals
A consultative approach and executive presence with the ability to influence senior decision-makers
A self-starter mentality—you own the client, you own the reward
Preferred
Familiarity with nearshore/offshore delivery models is helpful but not required
