Leading the planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives that support the optimization and evolution of Oracle-based ERP systems
Ensuring alignment between operational needs and IT capabilities, driving improvements in service delivery, user experience, and system performance
Managing a portfolio of projects that enhance Oracle ERP functionality, compliance, and integration with enterprise systems
Overseeing multiple project teams and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement
Shaping the future of ERP technology at the institution, fostering innovation while maintaining operational excellence
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Strong program management skills
Collaborative mindset
Ability to translate strategic goals into actionable plans within an agile framework
Experience managing a portfolio of projects that enhance Oracle ERP functionality, compliance, and integration with enterprise systems
Experience overseeing multiple project teams and vendors
Experience ensuring timely delivery, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement
