The Senior Director - Healthcare, Financial Advisory Services will lead consulting projects across healthcare clients, ensuring high-quality financial consulting and strategic recommendations are implemented effectively.
Management Consulting
Responsibilities
Join and lead consulting projects across multiple healthcare clients
Ensure all clients are taken care of by assisting with hands-on financial consulting including conducting detailed analysis
Work with senior client leadership
Implement strategic recommendations in a timely, efficient, and accurate manner
Work closely with clients and our team
Experience multiple aspects of financial advisory, transaction services, and strategy
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience in Big 4/public accounting and/or corporate accounting
CPA required
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
Exceptional computer skills, particularly in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Keen attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both oral and written
A high sense of urgency, strong initiative and the ability to multi-task
Excellent planning, project management, and people management skills
Preferred
Healthcare Controller / Assistant Controller experience
Healthcare provider (and/or payor revenue recognition experience
ACO / Value-based care, pharma, biotech or other specialized healthcare experience
SEC filing exposure/experience
