Responsibilities
Own and cultivate relationships with your clients by:
Leveraging product expertise to drive value, user engagement, and deeper adoption
Understand the client base and the jobs that need to be done. Becoming a trusted resource for our clients by acting as a thought partner and providing top-notch service
Advocating for client needs cross-departmentally
Creating and executing account growth & engagement strategies
Manage commercial strategy by:
Developing rapport with key decision-makers
Partnering with cross-functional partners (Account Executives and Product teams) to create, set and execute account strategy
Identifying upsell opportunities to augment contract value
Contribute to building best-in-class practices within our growing Corporate team
Qualification
Required
You have a minimum of 3+ years of relevant client-facing experience
You can think holistically about an account and build strategic relationships to support your user engagement, value creation, and positive renewal outcomes
You are passionate about making your clients successful
You can proactively identify value-adding opportunities for your client base through discovery
You can manage a high-touch, high-volume client base
You are both a self-starter and a team player
You are energized by contributing to the future of YipitData and the Corporate business
