Associate Account Executive
Rho is a modern banking platform designed for startups, and they are seeking an Associate Account Executive to join their sales team. This role focuses on lead generation, sales support, and client engagement, providing a pathway to becoming a full Account Executive within a year.

Responsibilities
Conduct lead-generation activities through phone, email, and in-person interactions
Provide sales assistance and deal support to senior Account Executives
Attend industry events and meet with potential clients to build relationships
Learn and articulate Rho's value proposition to prospects
Maintain accurate records in our CRM system
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to stay updated on new features and promotions
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and tactics
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Passion for fintech and willingness to learn about financial products and services
