Project Manager - Fire Alarm & Security Systems
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Service Project Manager with hands-on experience in fire alarm and security systems. The role focuses on estimating, coordinating, and managing short-duration service-level projects for both local and national clients.
Responsibilities
Estimate and manage small-scale service projects from start to finish
Provide technical and programming support to field techs and partners
Coordinate labor, materials, and site access to ensure smooth execution
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to scope and deliver solutions
Oversee subcontractors and ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery
Track project costs, documentation, and billing in the ERP system
Qualification
Required
1-3 years of experience managing fire/security system installations
Strong estimating, organizational, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Preferred
5+ years in the low-voltage industry preferred
Field experience with cabling, device install, wiring, and troubleshooting would be a plus
