Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to understand early-career talent needs across departments
Manage full-cycle recruitment for internships and co-op positions, including sourcing, interviewing, & coordinating offers
Utilize innovative sourcing techniques to build diverse candidate pipelines
Develop and maintain relationships with key academic institutions, student organizations, and career services
Coordinate and attend on-campus and virtual events such as career fairs, information sessions, workshops, and panels
Act as a brand ambassador to promote the company’s values, culture, and opportunities to students
Support Emerging Talent Program Manager during internship season
Collaborate with internal teams to design and refine internship programs
Provide an exceptional candidate experience and maintain regular communication throughout the hiring process
Collect and analyze recruiting metrics to measure success and improve outreach strategies
Qualification
Required
Over 4 years of high-volume, early-career or university recruiting experience
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills - confident engaging with students, career centers, professors, and internal teams alike
Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruitment for intern roles, from sourcing through offer
Creative problem-solving and event planning skills, with a passion for designing engaging campus experiences, info sessions, and recruiting events
A deep commitment to equity, inclusion, and building diverse talent pipelines, ensuring our hiring reflects our values and our global impact
Comfort working in fast-paced, high-growth environments, with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and adapt quickly
Willingness to travel for campus visits or career fairs, especially during peak recruiting seasons
Preferred
Familiarity with ATS and CRM systems (like Greenhouse or Handshake) is a plus
