The technicians will be responsible for the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of security and fire alarm systems, ensuring efficient performance and strong customer communication.

Responsibilities
Installation, troubleshooting and maintenance of electronic communication systems, equipment like Access Control, VoIP, data networks, CCTV, and sound systems
Installation, troubleshooting, inspection, servicing and maintenance of electrical fire alarm systems
Installing and servicing the systems in the most efficient and effective manner to assure minimum down time and maximum performance
Communicating system performance to the customer
Qualification
Required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be responsible, self-motivated, self-starter, personable and well-organized
Superior customer service skills to deal with both internal and external customers
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work with diverse groups
Proficiency in the use of personal computers, including such programs as MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
Ability to demonstrate planning, organizing and implementing skills which allow the successful completion of a project by a specific due date
Must be able to handle stressful situations effectively
Must be able to read and effectively interpret general business documentation, including reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, submittas, specifications and schematics
Valid and current drivers license
Preferred
Experience with Access Control, VoIP, data networks, CCTV, and sound systems
Fire Alarm or NICET certification
