Responsibilities

Develop training programs for personnel working in nuclear facilities

Ensure all training meets regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal procedures to maintain an accomplished and safety-conscious workforce

Develop and deliver classroom, simulator, and on-the-job training for nuclear plant personnel (e.g., operators, technicians, and engineers)

Maintain training materials in compliance with INPO, NRC, and site-specific requirements

Conduct evaluations, exams, and performance assessments to ensure knowledge retention and skill proficiency

Participate in the Training (SAT) process: analysis and development

Support continuing training, initial licensing, and requalification programs

Provide mentoring to trainees and junior instructors
