New Business Development Manager
MikeWorldWide is an independent agency that values passion, inclusivity, curiosity, empathy, independence, and initiative. They are seeking a New Business Development Manager to support agency growth by tracking activities, managing projects, and developing prospect lists to create new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Director of New Business Development and assist with proposal management and client interactions.

Responsibilities
Track proposal and pitch activities, contacts, and deadlines and keep projects - and teams - moving forward
Interact with procurement managers, practice leaders, and client prospect leads issuing requests for proposals
Develop prospect lists and tactics to help create relationships and build connections that lead to new business opportunities
Assist with and assemble customized presentation materials for prospect meetings
Vet and field incoming opportunities, help determine if appropriate fit for the agency
Develop and maintain collateral updates, and other materials related to business development and marketing
Serve an integral role in new business processes to maintain and expand MWW’s competitive advantage
Qualification
Required
3-5 years' experience in a new business, sales or marketing at an advertising, media, or public relations agency
Must possess eagerness to learn with a positive, team-player attitude
Ability to think strategically, creatively, and proactively
Experience vetting and responding to RFPs from Fortune 500 companies
A strong writer that can communicate well to different audiences
Proficient with Microsoft Office
Ability to create cohesive and well-thought-out proposals
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Confident and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills
Experience with CRM Database management
BA/BS degree
Preferred
Experience identifying, strategically targeting, and systematically calling on prospective and existing relationships
