Responsibilities
Performing all daily operational responsibilities of the rehabilitation program
Providing clinical and advisory support to coworkers, referral sources, and other health care agencies to ensure efficient operation of the business unit and appropriate provision of patient care
Qualification
Required
Graduation from high school or the equivalent
Courses completed in power mobility, seating and positioning/assessment required
Credentialed by RESNA
Must maintain ATP and RTS credentials in rehabilitation
At least two years' experience in rehab/mobility
Must have ATP credentialling
Valid Driver's License
A driving record as required by law for vehicle expected to operate
Certified copy of driving record is required to be provided by team member annually on date of birth
Acknowledgement with signature to 'Attestation A' of Meritus Vehicle Management Use and Control policy
Mastery Of Patient Assessment, Treatment, And Communication Skills
Preferred
Prefer one year experience in home care/DME
No record of moving violations in the past three years is preferred
