Responsibilities

Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
Processing customer phone and e-mail orders
Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
Quoting prices, filling orders to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
Assisting with warehouse duties when needed

Qualification

Industrial product knowledgeMicrosoft OfficeInside sales experienceData entry skillsCommunicationMotivated to learn

Required

Foundational understanding of industrial products and their applications, with the ability to assist customers in identifying the right solutions
Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills
Attentive and highly motivated to learn new product lines
Strong data entry skills; organized, able to multitask, and focused on customer satisfaction
Education: High School Diploma or GED Required

Preferred

1+ year (s) of experience in electrical, hydraulics, pumps, bearings and power transmission, MRO, cutting tools and /or safety products
Prior inside sales/customer service experience
Training/Certifications: Microsoft, Epicor Profit 21, Industrial Power Transmission Training
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
