Responsibilities

Specification, decomposition, integration, and re-composition of requirements

Perform trade studies

Write interface control documents for subsystems

Participate in systems design reviews

System integration including implementing requirements in both software and hardware

Assisting with risk assessment and management

Performing verification of requirements and validation of concept of operations

Collaborate with team members to determine best solutions to client requirements for software

Work with various engineering disciplines to understand, troubleshoot, and support project efforts

Required

Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field

5+ years of relevant experience

Ability to lead a test team

Experience working with systems-of-systems

Master of Science in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)

Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

Ability to work on tight deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
