Responsibilities

CDRL/SDRL Management – Ensure contract deliverables are provided to the customer on time, complies with Contract Statements of Work, requirements, policies, procedures, plans, program schedules, and other technical documentation. Maintain the delivery schedule and coordinate with program team members to provide inputs and communicate deadlines

Documentation Formatting – Ensure program documentation adheres to internal standards, formatting requirements, and contract authorization. Ensure correct and complete markings on all documentation. Apply and track control numbers or other identifiers as required

Data Handling and Transfer – Manage all communication (incoming and outgoing) with the customer, log and track messages, maintain folder structures, facilitate the transfer of data between different networks and systems, media burning, file scanning, and file uploading

Data Entry – Input data into configuration management tool systems, ensure complete and accurate records, facilitate the correction of any errors or missing data

Other – Provide other functional support as assigned to assist the execution of various engineering and program management activities

Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly required

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience

Requires 2 years of demonstrated technical knowledge of the job area obtained through advanced education combined with prior experience in an engineering support role such as Data Manager, Data Transfer Agent (DTA), Data Transfer Officer (DTO), Compliance Manager, Quality Assurance Technician (QA/QC), Technical Writer, Engineering Administrator, or similar

Ability to work overtime and/or outside of normal business hours as needed to meet deadlines
