Assume a major role in litigation with extensive contact with client representatives and opposing counsel

Handle employment litigation and traditional labor matters, including collective bargaining, grievance arbitration, representation petitions, and unfair labor practice charges

Engage in writing, publishing, and speaking opportunities

Qualified candidates must be and remain licensed to practice law and in good standing in Nevada

During employment, must meet requirements for continuing licensure for law practice

Candidates must have 3+ years of employment litigation defense experience

Excellent analytical and writing skills are required
