Responsibilities

Creation of equipment specifications and layout drawings according to internal and international applicable standards, customer specifications and contractual agreements

Independent processing of process equipment and machine orders with support of purchasing, project management other specialized departments

Independent creation of purchasing specifications and purchase requisitions

Checking detailed documents created by external suppliers or customers

Supporting the project management in the implementation of technical specifications, regulations, quality and deadlines

Required

Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering

3+ years mechanical engineering design of pressure vessels and rotating equipment design for applications in chemistry, pharma, or oil and gas industries

Experience in using pressure vessel design code ASME VIII-Div 1

Knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks design software

Analytical capability as required in performing calculations, reviewing, assessing and interpreting customer requirements and developing responsive design specifications and parameters
