Responsibilities

Create compelling visual materials across a variety of formats, including presentations, diagrams, marketing collateral, manuals, and digital graphics

Build and refine PowerPoint decks and presentation templates that clearly communicate technical concepts and strategic messaging

Work cross-functionally with marketing, engineering, and business development teams to support visual storytelling needs

Contribute to the evolution of Saronic’s visual identity, ensuring brand consistency across internal and external touchpoints

Translate abstract or technical information into visual frameworks that are clear, concise, and aligned with our brand

Take feedback from stakeholders and iterate quickly with an eye toward both detail and clarity

Required

4+ years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in a fast-paced tech or engineering environment

A strong portfolio demonstrating both digital and print work, with a focus on visual communication and storytelling

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop); familiarity with Figma is a plus

High competence in building professional presentations (PowerPoint) with an understanding of how to organize and visualize complex narratives

Deep understanding of typography, layout systems, and visual hierarchy

Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and adapting designs based on strategic input

Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented

Must be able to work on-site at our Austin HQ

Preferred

Familiarity with design trends and best practices in the tech and defense industries is a plus
