In this role, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the financial aid department, ensuring compliance with policies and providing guidance to students and the community.

Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the financial aid department
Review student applications
Administer various aid programs
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and institutional policies
Provide guidance to students, parents and the community in all aspects of financial aid
Oversee the Federal Work Study Program
Serve as the Veterans Certifying Official for the college

Qualification

Financial aid administrationStudent services administrationFinancial aid management systemsSupervisory experience’s degree

Required

Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in student services administration, education, business administration, or a related field
Three years' experience in financial aid administration or a related area

Preferred

Supervisory experience in a financial aid or student services setting
Knowledge of financial aid management systems such as Banner
Master's degree in higher education, finance, or a related field
