Qualification
Required
Satisfactory completion of formal imaging training in an AMA approved school
Meets requirements of American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers
Meets requirements of New York State Department of Health Licensure
Participates in orientation and continuing education
Updates and maintains knowledge and skills related to specific areas of expertise
Completes population specific competency annually on populations served as identified in scope of care and service
Demonstrated mechanical and/or electrical dexterity and ability
Preferred
Experience is strongly preferred
