They are seeking an experienced Healthcare IT Recruiter to join their collaborative and growing Recruiting Team, focusing on sourcing and hiring top talent in support of their expanding Technology Implementation Services Practice.

Responsibilities
Proactively source and engage healthcare IT professionals for hourly contract roles, including Epic analysts, application support, trainers, technical consultants, report writers, data engineers, and project managers
Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess technical and functional fit for a variety of client-facing engagements
Partner with account teams and delivery leaders to understand project requirements, timelines, and ideal candidate profiles
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of pre-vetted hourly consultants who are available for rapid deployment
Coordinate onboarding, rate negotiation, and assignment details in collaboration with internal operations, compliance, and HR teams
Stay current on trends in healthcare IT (e.g., Epic go-lives, upgrades, and regulatory shifts) to anticipate demand and source accordingly
Develop long-term relationships with top-tier consultants, creating a trusted network that can be tapped for future roles
Qualification
Required
3+ years of recruiting experience within a healthcare consulting or healthcare IT organization
Strong knowledge of healthcare IT environments, particularly hospital and health system operations
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and niche job boards
Ability to manage multiple open requisitions with a sense of urgency and precision
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with both candidates and internal stakeholders
A proactive, resourceful, and organized approach to managing shifting priorities and fast-moving projects
