Help Desk Specialist
Practical Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Help Desk Specialist who will provide advanced technical support across enterprise systems and cloud platforms. This role involves troubleshooting, system maintenance, and providing end-user support to ensure the smooth operation of IT hardware and software.

Responsibilities
Provide expert help desk support for enterprise IT systems and cloud services, including Microsoft 365, AWS, and Google platforms
Accurately document, track, and resolve support tickets using help desk software
Troubleshoot issues related to software, hardware, VPN connectivity, Office 365, printers, and mobile devices
Conduct proactive system maintenance, including patching, updates, and antivirus management
Deploy and configure standard device images and operating system settings across user devices
Support and troubleshoot conference room AV setups, including projectors, screens, and audio equipment
Maintain detailed device inventory, apply appropriate security configurations, and manage refresh cycles for IT assets
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Must hold or be eligible to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
5+ years of experience as an Enterprise Services Desk Specialist
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365, VPN configurations, security protocols, and mobile device platforms
Preferred
Microsoft Dynamics 365: 5 years
