Responsibilities
Source, qualify, and place professionals into active client vacancies
Manage the full recruitment process across both candidates and clients, including the full interview and offer process
Operate a 360-recruitment desk, including business development, working to develop your own book of business
Identify and secure new client partnerships through networking and outreach
Build long-term relationships with candidates and decision-makers across global markets
Qualification
Required
A drive to work and develop a career within sales
Based in Miami and able to work on-site 5 days a week (Edgewater office)
Strong communication skills and a confident, proactive attitude
Ambitious, target-oriented, and eager to learn
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Collaborative and team-driven mindset
Preferred
Previous sales experience is beneficial but not required
