ServiceNow Scrum Master \- Project Manager

Novul Solutions is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Scrum Master to lead high-performing Agile teams on a large-scale software and hardware integration project, focusing on ServiceNow environments. The successful candidate will facilitate Agile ceremonies, support process improvement, and ensure team alignment with broader Agile Release Train objectives.

Responsibilities

Facilitate Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI planning
Remove impediments and coordinate with Release Train Engineers and Project Managers to drive solutions
Enforce Scrum rules, coach teams on SAFe/Agile principles, and guide teams toward agile maturity
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to define user stories and prioritize backlog
Track and share team metrics, identify trends, and implement improvements to enhance productivity and delivery flow
Foster a collaborative team environment that promotes innovation, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing
Maintain information radiators and ensure transparency of progress and delivery metrics
Provide mentorship to junior Scrum Masters and support cross-team coordination across the ART

Required

U.S. Citizenship required
Active DoD Secret clearance required
Bachelor's degree with 4–8 years of relevant experience or Master's with 2–6 years. Equivalent experience accepted in lieu of degree
Certification: CSM, SSM, or PMI-ACP
Experience working as a Scrum Master in technical or software development teams
Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills
Ability to work onsite full-time at one of the designated locations

Preferred

Exposure to ServiceNow modules such as TSM, TNI, or OMT
Familiarity with ITIL, DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile/SAFe transformations
Knowledge of AWS cloud and ServiceNow certifications
Experience transitioning from legacy applications to new systems
Previous experience with large-scale software systems including hardware integration
Technical degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or related fields
