You’ll be advising private equity sponsors in complex debt transactions, including leveraged and acquisition financings
The team operates at the center of the private credit and syndicated finance markets and handles high-stakes matters across sectors
Qualification
Required
2-7 years of work experience
1–4 years of borrower-side experience in private credit, leveraged finance, or acquisition finance for Junior Associate
4+ years of experience in borrower-side acquisition finance with direct exposure to sponsor-led deals for Senior Associate
Maturity in deal execution and client interaction for Senior Associate
Preferred
PE sponsor-side experience strongly preferred for Junior Associate
