Citi, the leading global bank, is seeking a Vice President, Data Quality Lead Analyst to contribute to the data transformation efforts. The role involves ensuring Data Exceptions are identified, monitored, and reported while improving data quality in collaboration with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Supports activities to drive Data Quality measurement, produce Data Quality dashboards and reports, and implement Data Quality strategies

Support efforts to bring Exception Management processes into compliance with the CDGP

Assess the effectiveness of Controls and suggest improvements in design and execution

Lead data improvement initiatives, processes, and creation of tools in line with requirements

Liaise with other areas of the firm to understand data challenges and solutions, and/or run data consumption demand and requirements

Lead day to day activities to support data quality resolution, and to optimize metrics reporting process

Report Data Quality Exceptions through EDO approved tools

Support senior management strategic vision

Required

6-10 years Experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs

Experience with defining and implementing data quality programs

Possesses a comprehensive understanding of how own area and others collectively integrate to contribute towards achieving business objectives

Ability to monitor tight deadlines or unexpected requirement changes, with the ability to anticipate and balance needs of multiple stakeholders

Ability to communicate effectively to develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences

Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives

Ability to work under pressure, facilitate discussions

Bachelor's/University degree
