Responsibilities

Develop and execute UAT test plans, scripts, and cases based on business requirements
Work with analysts and stakeholders to validate that system enhancements meet expectations
Log, track, and help resolve system issues and bugs
Support training and feedback sessions with end-users during testing
Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure traceability to original requirements
Ensure systems adhere to accessibility (e.g., Section 508) and regulatory requirements

Required

Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field
2+ years of experience performing user acceptance testing, ideally in a government environment

Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills
