Responsibilities
Provide expert troubleshooting for complex/difficult elevator repair issues (electrical and mechanical)
Be responsible to prevent call backs and additional repair tasks
Perform the actual repair as detailed in work tickets
Assist in providing effective technical assistance to, and coordinating, with training personnel on the development of instructional programs
Qualification
Required
7-10 years of proven elevator repair experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints to determine the layout of system components
Ability to select the equipment needed for repair
Capability to use all necessary tools and instruments to properly maintain and repair elevator equipment
Ability to share your knowledge with less experienced Mechanics
You must possess a valid Elevator Mechanic license
