Responsibilities
Lead design and technical development on a wide range of projects—from schematic design through construction documents
Collaborate with project managers or serve as either of a PM and a PA, depending on project scope and your skillset
Mentor junior team members, including interior designers and architects, in technical problem-solving
Provide internal quality control reviews to ensure design intent, constructability, and code compliance
Drive coordination across disciplines to resolve technical issues and achieve project goals
Produce and oversee detailed, high-quality documentation using both 2D drafting and 3D BIM modeling tools
Qualification
Required
Professional degree in Architecture (or equivalent experience as defined by the California Architects Board)
8+ years of architectural design and documentation experience
Preferred
California licensure preferred
