Mid LevelBright Mind Solutions LLC is seeking a Project Manager/Customer Relationship Manager to assist their direct client in Evansville, IN. This role involves managing relationships between the IT department and customers, coordinating project planning and implementation, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the relationship between the IT department and customers
Work closely with different organizations and their departments to understand their technology requirements, provide guidance and support, and build strong relationships
Work closely with the IT department teams to understand their general job functions and pull in necessary teams as needed (for tickets, projects, questions, etc.)
Primary Point Of Contact For All IT-related Items
IT ticket status, issues & optimization request management
Project planning and implementation
Coordinate and facilitate meetings for evaluating optimization and project requests; including defining agenda, documenting minutes, and tracking action items
Plan, execute, and finalize projects with project team and stakeholders
Estimate and Statement of Work creation with defined scope, budget, and timeline
Develop status reports/dashboards and present updates to customers routinely
Many other critical activities
Play a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction
Manage customer expectations by setting clear communication channels
Ensure customer needs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Detail-oriented, well organized
Strong ability to efficiently prioritize
Motivated and enthusiastic
Preferred
PMP certification or equivalent strongly preferred
Basic understanding of Epic software is helpful
