3+ years expCelestar Corporation is actively building a pipeline of qualified Junior All-Source Analysts to support potential upcoming requirements with USSTRATCOM J2 at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. These positions will provide Advisory and Assistance Services to the Strategic Joint Intelligence Operations Center (JIOC), improving the Command’s understanding of potential adversaries’ strategic relocatable targets.

Responsibilities
Develop All-Source and SIGINT products in support of OPLAN Annex B Priority Intelligence Requirements and Strategic Warning problem sets
Coordinate with government representatives to plan, prioritize, and forecast analytic projects
Ensure products and analyses meet IC tradecraft standards (ICD 203, ICD 206, DIA Analytic Quality Framework)
Document project status throughout the lifecycle using the JIOC Production Tracker
Review IC and mission partner analytic findings, providing substantive comments
Evaluate and provide feedback on IC reporting to support source validation, re-tasking, and collector feedback for USSTRATCOM
Submit approved evaluations and feedback into the appropriate systems of record
Support Object-Based Production by producing and modifying objects on potential adversary strategic weapons
Serve as SME for Command exercises, training events, and war games
Support the development of automated analytic techniques to identify trends, cycles, and signatures to forecast future events
Qualification
Required
3+ years of All-Source analysis and production experience, including assessments of TTPs, CONOPS, and identifying potential system vulnerabilities
Experience using the Reference Knowledge System and the object-based production process
3+ years of experience in the U.S. SIGINT System
Active TS/SCI clearance
