Responsibilities

Perform routine diagnostic imaging procedures in support of the assigned area and as requested by a licensed medical provider

Responsible for adhering to policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure patient safety

May provide clerical support for the assigned department, to include, but not limited to: filing, maintaining records, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and entering data into the computer

Required

Associate's Degree in Radiologic Sciences or Graduate of an Accredited Radiologic Program

Knowledge of Anatomy, Physiology, and Radiation Safety procedures

ARRT or registry-eligible, Employees employed in or prior to 1972 and licensed by the State of NM are considered grandfathered and exempt from ARRT requirements

Radiologic Technologist Certificate issued by the State of NM
