Responsibilities
Lead Executive Strategy & Change Management for Navy ERP’s technical upgrade
Develop business cases; define and validate functional/non-functional requirements
Conduct feasibility studies and scope ERP enhancements
Map and model processes; translate models into design documentation
Identify solution gaps and propose compliant workarounds
Lead solution design and strategic plan development
Drive and integrate change management practices throughout implementation phases
Coordinate directly with SES-level leadership and senior government stakeholders
Oversee program governance: budget, schedule, scope, and performance management
Qualification
Required
Minimum of nine (9) years of experience in executive-level strategy, change management, or ERP/S/4Hana transformations
Bachelor's degree in a related field OR two (2) additional years of relevant experience
Proven ability to drive adoption and stakeholder engagement—early sponsor development, stakeholder communications, and training
Strong PMO leadership: methodology, governance, integrated scheduling, scope control, and change control
Deep understanding of SAP Activate, SAP Solution Manager, and integrated change–project disciplines
Exceptional communication and coordination with senior/executive-level stakeholders
Comprehensive knowledge of government standards, audit readiness, and industry best practices
Preferred
Experience setting up and operating SAP S/4Hana PMOs with governance and quality gates
Background in organizational design, change agent networks, and training implementation
Familiarity with formal change control processes in IT/government/regulatory environments
PMP, Prosci, or similar project/change management certifications
