Responsibilities
Apply expertise in financial improvement coordination to develop integrated solutions that address both technical and business issues
Assist facilitation sessions with clients to define detailed business requirements for solution development
Gather, analyze, and document requirements, business processes, and systems-related problems to automate or enhance current systems
Elicit and record business needs for new or improved solutions
Coordinate with branch-level clients to ensure alignment and clear communication
Qualification
Required
Minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience in financial coordination, business process analysis, or ERP/financial systems improvements
Bachelor's degree in a related field OR two (2) additional years of relevant experience
Strong SME experience in process analysis and improvement
Proven ability to facilitate sessions and document business requirements in detail
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills at mid- and upper management levels
Preferred
Experience in financial systems, tools, or audit response coordination (e.g., ARC Tool work)
Familiarity with business process modeling or automation tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
Knowledge of federal financial regulations, audit preparedness, and compliance standards
