Responsibilities

Apply financial improvement coordination best practices to provide functional and technical transformation expertise
Conduct studies of metrics, performance measures, requirements, reports, and recommendations
Interpret results using advanced qualitative and quantitative analysis techniques
Participate in translating requirements and use cases during solution design and implementation
Assist in the formulation and implementation of strategic plans
Assess proposed solutions for business fit and compliance alignment
Provide tutorship and mentorship to junior analysts
Coordinate regularly with division director–level client stakeholders

Required

Minimum of six (6) years of experience in financial improvement coordination, process transformation, or ERP-related financial analysis
Bachelor's degree in a related field OR two (2) additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
In-depth expertise in process analysis and improvement, including performance metrics and business process modeling
Proficiency in developing and analyzing metrics, performance measurements, requirements, and reports to support data-driven insights
Skilled in translating business requirements and use cases into actionable solution designs
Strong strategic thinking and analytical assessment capabilities, using both quantitative and qualitative methods
Experience mentoring junior staff and fostering their professional development
Excellent coordination and communication skills to engage effectively with division director–level stakeholders

Preferred

Familiarity with financial and audit systems coordination, including Navy ERP and ARC Tool functionality
Experience with business process modeling and automation tools (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM)
Knowledge of federal financial regulations, audit readiness standards, and compliance frameworks such as FISCAM and JFMIP
