Responsibilities

Collaborate with key decision makers at customer to secure design wins and qualification slots on new programs for DRAM and NAND-based products
Create and align sales forecast, delivering monthly/quarterly/yearly revenue and bit level goals
Conduct face-to-face customer management meetings to provide support, address issues, communicate updates, and build strong relationships
Negotiate quarterly/semi-annual business awards, including pricing and supply support
Evaluate/Negotiate contract agreements and documents, negotiating terms with the customer and Samsung, and help resolve contract disputes
Support sales opportunities by providing product information, roadmap updates, product samples, and price quotations
Maintain awareness of and communicate internally to Device Solutions America/Korea sales and marketing teams regarding major market trends, customer strategies, and competitive activity
Domestic & International business travel (Korea/Asia) to support customer meetings as needed
Complete other responsibilities as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or comparable degree with 5+ years of experience
MUST have 3+ years sales experience in semiconductor industry
MS Office proficiency
Key Account Management/Coordination
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Master's in Engineering, Business, or comparable engineering degree with 3+ Years of Industry Experience Preferred
Experience with DRAM/NAND or Hardware backgrounds a PLUS!
Travel to Korea for customer business reviews on an as needed basis (2-3x per year)
