Responsibilities

Completes and successfully pass assigned training tasks on assigned products to increase knowledge and work on Sciex and OEM products
Perform high quality installation, repair and maintenance on Mass Spectrometry instruments
Performs IQ/OQ and other qualification products. Includes training
Experienced in HPLC installation and maintenance
Completes all administration duties like Field Service Reports, Tool calibration and parts inventory

Required

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Chemistry ideally
Prior experience using and/or servicing mass spectrometry or scientific instruments is of advantage, as well as solid understanding of electrical and electro-mechanical technology
English and French proficiency is required
Effective communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to travel in the territory to cover
Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
