Qualification
Required
Proactive, resourceful, organized, and detail-oriented
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
Ability to handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
At least six years of relevant experience
Thrives in fast-paced work environments
Ability to take ownership of work product
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Demonstrated keen judgment and an ability to learn quickly while assisting high-performing executives
Preferred
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (particularly Outlook)
Ability to learn and utilize productivity software, including Slack, Confluence, and SharePoint
