Take on PNL of a team of 4, currently performing at $41k PPH
People Management responsibilities of existing team & build of new market
BD / Job flow support from Commercial Team
Mentorship from Global Brand Director
Scale brand to 12+ heads across entry level & experienced talent in the next 12/8 months
Qualification
Required
Applicants MUST have agency experience
Proven track-record of success building a recruitment desk mentoring or managing a team buildout
Sales and Recruitment experience required
A desire for in-office presence with management/leadership aspirations
Experience in leading a candidate focused team to generate healthy revenue and maintain business
A self-motivated, and initiative-taker attitude with the ability to identify, and create new opportunities alongside our global top billing leadership team
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
