Child and Adolescent Therapist - LSW - Contract

They are seeking a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) Therapist to provide high-quality direct care to children, adolescents, and young adults, both in-person and via telehealth. The ideal candidate will lead therapy sessions, maintain patient records, and collaborate with healthcare professionals and families.

Responsibilities

Lead individual therapy sessions to youth ages 2-26
Participate in consultation to enhance clinical skills and receive feedback and support
Collaborate and engage with other healthcare professionals and families
Maintain thorough patient records and documentation
Commit to a minimum of 5 hours per week during core hours, after 3pm Monday through Friday and 8am-7pm Weekends

Qualification

Required

Licensed as a LSW in Pennsylvania
Possess (1) one year of experience with individual therapy working with children and adolescent patients
Own your own phone, computer, and high speed internet
Commit to a minimum of 5 hour commitment during core hours, after 3pm Monday through Friday and 8am-7pm Weekends

Preferred

Experienced clinician using evidence-based practices
Passionate about working with children, adolescents, young adults and their families
Skilled and experienced in facilitating virtual telehealth direct care
Comfortable using technology, including Google Suite, Electronic Medical Records systems and other virtual platforms
Excited to make an impact and driven by patient outcomes
Possess outstanding communication and documentation skills
Willing to go the extra mile when working with families, with the flexibility and willingness to reschedule with patients, if needed
