Outside Sales Representative - Southeast Region

Curtis Industries, LLC is a recognized leader in designing and manufacturing cab enclosures for a wide range of vehicles. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and building lasting customer relationships within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow assigned sales territory across the assigned region
Identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities with dealers
Contribute to sales efforts with OEMs and distributors as appropriate
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify opportunities for upselling and repeat business
Conduct regular in-person customer visits, product demonstrations, and trade event participation
Understand and communicate the technical features and benefits of Curtis products and custom solutions
Work closely with internal teams (Engineering, Customer Service, Manufacturing) to support customer requirements
Prepare quotes, proposals, and forecasts using sales tools
Track and report on sales activities
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs

Required

3–7 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in manufacturing or industrial equipment sales
Proven track record of meeting sales quotas and territory growth
Ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate value to varied audiences
Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with excellent time management and organizational ability
Willingness to travel regionally (up to 70%) with frequent overnight stays
Proficiency in sales tools and Microsoft Office Suite
Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Preferred

Experience selling through distribution/dealer networks
Knowledge of vehicle accessories, fabrication, or agricultural/utility vehicle markets
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
