The role involves ensuring guest satisfaction through various customer service duties, maintaining suite cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries and needs.

Responsibilities
Greet Suite Guests with a smile and provide outstanding service
Ensure all guests have the appropriate ticket to access a suite/loge box
Assist guests visiting a suite/loge who have the proper passes
Inspects suite/ loge boxes pre and post event to ensure cleanliness/safety
Assist guests with directional and informational inquiries by demonstrating a strong knowledge of the facility and event(s)
Assist Suite Guests with any requests and/or problems as they arise
Anticipate the needs of the Suites guests
Report any problems and/or concerns to Supervisor
Gather item(s) left behind in a suite and return to suites event manager to be logged
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
One (1) year of customer service experience
Exemplify a strong dedication and willingness to provide outstanding customer service
Good problem solving skills
Possess strong interpersonal communication skills
Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
