Responsibilities

Upload and manage YAML-based MOPs into IBM WatsonX for AI processing

Review and validate AI-generated Ansible code , ensuring:

Idempotency

Proper variable scoping and templating

Compliance with internal standards and security policies

Refactor and correct Ansible playbooks to ensure production readiness

Provide technical feedback and recommendations to improve AI code generation quality

Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and frontend teams to ensure generated automation supports deployment pipelines and infrastructure orchestration

Maintain version control and documentation for MOPs and validated playbooks

Participate in code reviews and contribute to internal Ansible module libraries or roles as needed

Qualification

Required

Hands-on experience with Ansible and Ansible Tower in production environments

Strong understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and CI/CD pipelines

Knowledge or Experience with IBM WatsonX, or similar AI/ML platforms that generate or transform code

Familiarity with OpenShift 4.x, Kubernetes, and container orchestration

Experience with virtualization platforms (e.g., KVM, VMware, oVirt)

Experience with database: MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB

Strong debugging skills and ability to trace issues across infrastructure layers

Git-based version control and collaborative development workflows

Preferred

Exposure to LLM-based tooling, RAG pipelines, or AI-assisted DevOps workflows

Experience in large-scale enterprise or telecom environments

Familiarity with security hardening and compliance in automated deployments

Contributions to open-source Ansible roles or collections
