Lead and contribute to a wide range of land development projects
Prepare layouts, grading plans, and design landscapes for a variety of sites
Create compelling visual presentations using a variety of design tools
Collaborate across disciplines with planners, civil engineers, and architects

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture
5–8 years of hands-on experience in site planning and landscape design
Strong graphic presentation skills (a big plus!)
Proficiency in AutoCAD is a must
Experience with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and PowerPoint is highly valued
Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Preferred

Prior experience with private sector land development projects
