Responsibilities
Work closely with our trading, operations, design and product management teams to design and develop mission-critical web-based solutions to create efficiencies and scale within the trading ecosystem
Navigate ambiguity across requirements and workflows to define engineering tasks and deliverables
Design frameworks and tools that empower other engineers across teams
Provide accountability and leadership across trading products and engineering fronts
Provide mentorship to junior engineers
Lead organization-wide collaboration for the team
Qualification
Required
8+ years of professional Software Development experience
Demonstrable experience as a Staff level developer with over 6 years of professional experience working with modern Web technologies
Skilled at writing and efficiently debugging JavaScript in Node and browser environments
A track record of successfully leading projects and delivering large scope technical projects at scale
Constantly setting a high standard for code quality, advocating for best practices in testing, and improving code review processes
Deeply understand broad engineering and product disciplines so that you can work effectively across functions and skill-sets
Experience with Typescript, React, Next.js, NodeJS
