They are hiring a Marketing & Sales Operations Coordinator to support the go-to-market team in a hands-on administrative role, providing support to senior leaders and engaging with various business facets like marketing campaigns and sales processes.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to CEO, COO, and CMO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and marketing communications
Help organize customer meetings, marketing campaigns, and industry events
Support CRM data hygiene and reporting tasks (training provided)
Assist in compiling sales enablement and marketing collateral
Manage internal tools and systems (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo, etc. — training provided)
Participate in team meetings, take notes, and help drive follow-ups
Learn the fundamentals of enterprise SaaS marketing and sales through real-world exposure

Required

Recent college graduate or equivalent experience; degrees in business, communications, marketing, or related fields preferred
