Responsibilities

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise-wide IT infrastructure, including LANs, WANs, WLANs, VPNs, servers, storage, and cloud-based services

Lead, mentor, and manage the infrastructure team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and fostering a culture of continuous learning and collaboration

Collaborate with DevOps teams to define, implement, and optimize tools and technologies, facilitating seamless deployment and system automation

Develop and manage project plans, track progress, and report status updates to senior management using tools like Jira. Ensure project deliverables meet quality, scope, and timeline expectations

Oversee IT service delivery, including helpdesk operations, ticket management, and incident resolution, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Contribute to IT strategy development, including budgeting, capacity planning, and resource allocation to support business growth and innovation

Ensure the organization's systems are secure, resilient, and optimized. Manage system configurations, troubleshoot complex issues, and oversee disaster recovery planning

Collaborate with business partners to understand requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure technology solutions align with business objectives

Create executive presentations, reporting matrices, and documentation to communicate project statuses, infrastructure health, and key metrics to upper management

Evaluate, select, and manage vendor relationships and software tools, ensuring they meet the organization’s evolving infrastructure needs

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications preferred)

3+ years of management experience leading IT infrastructure teams

Proficiency in managing enterprise IT environments, including Active Directory, Group Policies, virtualization, cloud platforms, networking protocols, and cybersecurity best practices

Experience with DevOps tools, concepts, and methodologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging both technical teams and executive stakeholders

Demonstrated experience in IT budgeting, vendor management, and contract negotiation

Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting and system architecture

Proven ability to research, evaluate, and recommend new technologies
