The role involves managing client relationships, showing homes, negotiating contracts, and staying informed on local market trends while being supported by a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities
Graduate from PLACE Launch: our in-house training program
Execute lead generating activities daily such as calling in the database, email follow-up, etc
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements
Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers and buyers
Track tasks and activities in our CRM
Conduct open houses
Participate in team activities per team standards
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, negotiations, and lead conversion
Managing a pipeline of active clients and nurturing future opportunities
Conducting showings, listing appointments, open houses, and client consultations
Writing and negotiating offers, contracts, and related documents
Staying current on local market trends and inventory
Attending weekly team meetings, trainings, and client events
Qualification
Required
Active Ohio Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one at your own expense)
Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation – for showings, appointments, and community events
Basic understanding of real estate contracts, disclosures, and the transaction process
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Comfort using technology, including email marketing tools, social media, and digital scheduling apps
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Learning based, growth-minded
Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
Excellent time management skills
Team player and willingness for collaboration
Preferred
Local knowledge of Chillicothe and surrounding Ross County areas is a plus
