Partners
You drive the cases and develop the strategies to discuss with clients and business partners. We have trial-level lawyers but do support you trying your own cases if you so desire and demonstrate the skills to do so. You are lead counsel on day-to-day management of your cases and are expected to be actively involved
Associates
Work collaboratively with partner level lawyers including preparing and conduct depositions, motion practice, oral arguments, settlement negotiations, and assist in customer service items such as reporting
Qualification
Required
Minimum 7 years' experience as a licensed lawyer for Partners
At least 3 years in Nevada for Partners
At least 2 years of insurance defense for Partners
Minimum 1 year of experience as a licensed lawyer for Associates
