ALTEN is seeking a Coupa Techno Functional Consultant focused on implementing the Coupa Procure to Pay global platform. The role involves configuration, test script execution, UAT support, production migration, and maintaining integrations while executing project activities.

Responsibilities

Coupa certification is preferred
Sound Knowledge of Coupa Modules with Implementation / Rollout experience
Hands on experience in configuration of different Coupa modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Procure, Invoice, Expenses etc), Coupa integration setup
Hands-on configuration and support experience of Coupa
Strong knowledge in Coupa application configuration
Hands on experience in Invoice templates and Invoice Channels
Good experience in CSP functionality
Experience with Coupa the enhancements, changes and fixing the issues within the system
Creation of sourcing forms, objects, procurement/invoicing approval chains, dynamic account validation rules, charts of accounts, business account security groups, and technical/business roles in Coupa
Experience with Coupa Release management for new product releases and maintenance
Experience creating functional specs, Source-to-Target Maps, batch and configuration documents for integration partners for development of data links between systems
Strong experience in Source-to-Pay, Procure-to-Pay business processes
Should have sound business knowledge in the procurement area & have provided standard or customized solutions to business requirements

Required

Minimum 4-8 years' experience in Procurement/Supply Chain/AP Technical & functional required
Experience with leading eProcurement platforms, Coupa experience preferred
Broad knowledge of procurement, sourcing, category management and vendor management
Strong knowledge in Webservices and various integration methods
Strong knowledge in Oracle and SQL queries
Demonstrated ability to successfully manage large scale projects is a plus
Experience with ERP/Middleware Integration support
Experience with automated testing
Minimum Bachelor's degree is required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers
Ability to effectively present information
