Responsibilities
Team leadership Resource planning, task assignment, KPI tracking, apprentice mentoring
Network & power installation Oversee copper/fiber pulls, UPS mounting, rack power, link certification and cut-overs
Quality & compliance Ensure NEC/TIA standards, Cal/OSHA safety, red-line drawings and hand-off packages
Client & internal coordination Work closely with Sales Engineering and PM teams; provide internal ops support as needed
Qualification
Required
3 + years supervising network-equipment and low-voltage installations (cabling, UPS, APs, switches, CCTV)
Proven budget/schedule ownership on multi-site projects
Clean DMV record
Able to lift 50 lbs and travel overnight statewide
U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship)
